Data Science Analyst

Salary: $74000 - 114000 per year Requirements: 3-5 years of practical experience in data science, analytics, or a closely related discipline. Strong programming ability in Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, and matplotlib or seaborn, or alternatively proficiency in R. Advanced SQL expertise, including complex querying, CTEs, and window functions. Experience building dashboards and business reports in Power BI. Solid grounding in statistics. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and collaborative development practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a compelling, business-focused narrative. Responsibilities: Develop and support data analytics solutions across our organization. Work with business users to turn operational needs into actionable insights and reporting in Power BI. Partner with management and company directors to uncover opportunities for improvement and deliver new analytical solutions. Enhance existing analytics capabilities to strengthen data-driven decision-making. Help improve operational efficiency by translating raw data into clear, meaningful findings. Communicate results and recommendations in a way that supports informed business choices. Travel occasionally, up to about 20% of the time, to support operations across our locations.
