About the role
Monitor data pipelines and improve automation using Python and Terraform on AWS.
📋 Description Keep the data platform healthy: monitor pipelines and troubleshoot failures. Make infra changes safely: deploy via Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Improve automation: Python, Bash, and CI/CD automation. Contribute to data pipelines and governance: RBAC and least-privilege controls. Migrate workloads to modern data platform: validation and cutover. Document how things work: runbooks and platform docs. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in data engineering, software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering. Cloud/DevOps: AWS or other cloud; IAM, networking, compute; CI/CD & Git workflows. Python automation: Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling. SQL competency: Working knowledge; advanced SQL is a plus. Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or similar; code reviews and safe deployment.
