📋 Description Own the end-to-end data onboarding experience for B2B and Lead Gen clients post-signature — from Lead structured data intake sessions to document lead definitions, pipeline stage mapping, CRM Coordinate standup of B2B and Lead Gen data pipelines — CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot), MAP Own the ingestion and normalization of unstructured lead data sources — CSV imports, manual Validate integrations are live and pipeline data is landing correctly before handing off to Maintain living integration documentation per client, usable by any team member 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in data operations, marketing analytics, or marketing technology with direct client or Deep hands-on experience with B2B and Lead Gen data ecosystems — CRM platforms (Salesforce Proven experience handling unstructured and non-standard lead data ingestion — CSV imports, manual Solid SQL skills and hands-on Snowflake experience — you can write queries, validate data, and Comfort in client-facing settings: you can speak to data capabilities in a sales conversation and Familiarity with AI-assisted data tooling for unstructured data extraction, schema mapping, or data
