📋 Description Analyze cross-border payments lifecycle: processing, clearing, FX settlement, risk control. Plan and implement data warehouse, data middle platform, and BI visualization. Lead BI and data engineering teams; set standardized workflows. Collaborate with business, risk, ops, finance, and product; enable data-driven decisions. Build daily data monitoring, early warning, and regular business reviews. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 8 years experience in data analysis and data management within cross-border payment or fintech. Strong commercial data thinking; build frameworks from a business perspective. Proficient in data platforms, data warehouses, and data governance; lead planning. Minimum 2 years data team management; cross-department collaboration.
