Oversee data projects' lifecycle; manage progress, quality and cost for on-time delivery. 🎯 Requirements BS/MS in CS/SE/Data; 8+ yrs data exp; 3+ yrs leading teams; crypto/fintech exp. Big data stack: Spark/Flink/Kafka; Databricks/Delta Lake; DW/LA design. AWS: EC2/S3/Glue/EMR/Redshift; cloud-native architecture. Data modeling: dimensional modeling; star/snowflake; high-concurrency. Python/Scala/Java; ETL development and pipelines.
