Lead DataOps and manage data engineering projects to ensure platform reliability.
📋 Description Lead DataOps within Data Engineering to drive platform reliability. Mentor offshore engineering resources with technical guidance. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data solutions. Own intake, prioritization, and execution for DataOps requests. Drive adoption of data standards and ETL/ELT governance. Serve as operational owner for Airflow, Airbyte, Looker governance. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in data/analytics engineering or related roles 2+ years leading technical teams and coordinating offshore/vendor resources Strong SQL and data analysis skills, ideally with BigQuery Hands-on with Airflow, Airbyte, DBT, or similar orchestration tools Translate business requirements into technical solutions; coordinate delivery Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS; advanced degree preferred 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance Generous paid time off Short-term and long-term disability Access to mental health services 401k, tuition reimbursement and student loan paydown plans Employee Stock Purchase Plan
