We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and work on data integration, modeling, and reporting solutions using the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem . You will design and develop ETL/ELT processes , build and optimize pipelines, and support reporting projects in Power BI . Requirements:
Who we're looking for 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in enterprise environments Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem : Data Factory, Lakehouse, Synapse, Power BI Proficiency in SQL and Python (PySpark / Pandas) Hands-on experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT design Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Familiarity with DevOps/Git CI/CD for data projects Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions. Must have: BI, SQL, Python, PySpark, pandas, DevOps, Git, Data modeling, Cloud, Azure
Daily tasks: - Design and develop ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Fabric
– Work with Lakehouse (Delta/Parquet, OneLake) and Synapse/Data Warehouse
– Build and optimize pipelines in Data Factory (orchestration, scheduling)
– Support Power BI reporting projects (dataset optimization, basic DAX is a plus)
– Apply data modeling best practices and ensure high-quality data solutions
– Collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams in an international environment
