Data Engineer Intern (Data & Analytics)

Internship description/opportunities: Building required data pipelines for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources following established ingestion patterns and utilizing frameworks on Google Cloud Platform. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery. Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources Assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader. Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data system Basic Qualifications: Proficient with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python) Proficient with relational databases and SQL Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely Independence and passion for innovation and learning new technologies Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Info Systems or equivalent experience, with a passion for data Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills Interest in learning about healthcare information technology Work Setup: Work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig Mid shift work schedule (5PM-2AM) This is a paid internship NO TO VOLUNTARY INTERNSHIP (must have a required hours to complete)
