💰 Rate: 100–120 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)📊 Level: Regular🏠 Work mode: 100% remoteWe are looking for a SQL Server Data Migration Engineer to join a project for a US-based automotive client providing a CRM solution. The project covers data migration between CRM systems — both onboarding data from external solutions into the client's platform and exporting data to other CRM platforms. The role combines hands-on work with production data, large data volumes and support for implementation activities delivered to end customers.Requirements:minimum 2–3 years of experience working with production data in SQL Server,experience working with large data volumes,experience with ETL/ELT processes,strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with SSMS,experience with SQL Server diagnostic tools (SQL Profiler, Extended Events),ability to read query execution plans and optimize queries,experience working in production environments.Nice to have:experience in onboarding or migration projects,knowledge of Claude Code,Grafana,Python.Responsibilities:working with production data in a SQL Server environment,supporting and optimizing ETL/ELT processes,analyzing and optimizing SQL queries,monitoring and troubleshooting issues using SQL Server diagnostic tools,handling large data volumes across migration and export processes,supporting new implementation and launch activities as part of the Store Launch Team,maintaining a high level of quality and ownership of assigned tasks in a production environment.We offer:Rate up to 120 PLN/h net on B2B100% remote workConvenient form of salary transferShort, 14-day invoice payment termComprehensive private medical care packageAccess to the MyBenefit cafeteria platform, including MultiSport cards and gift cards for popular stores and servicesLong-term cooperation
