Data Engineer

Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing data from various sources. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver clean, reliable data sets. Build and manage ETL/ELT workflows to move and transform data efficiently. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems. Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems. Maintain and enhance data infrastructure using modern tools and best practices. Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy and manage data solutions. Implement and enforce data governance, security, and privacy practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Atleast 3 years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, or Java). Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, data modeling, and data warehousing. Familiarity with cloud-based data services (e.g., Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus Knowledge of best practices in data architecture, security, and governance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
