📋 Description Gather data from various sources (ERP, HRIS, PM) and integrate for analysis Clean, validate, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy and usability Maintain organized datasets and supporting documentation; identify data quality issues Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights Support forecasting, resource planning, utilization reporting, budgeting, and analysis Prepare summaries, recommendations, and supporting materials for stakeholders 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, math, statistics, eng, or related field Foundational knowledge of data analytics principles and statistics Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other query languages Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Able to manage multiple projects and communicate findings 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance ESOP retirement plan Pre-tax contribution plans Comprehensive benefits package
