Data & AI Modernization Consultant

Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements: We bring 7+ years of experience in data technology consulting, data architecture, or solution architecture, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale data platforms. We have hands-on expertise with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake across major cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. We understand legacy data warehousing and traditional ETL tools such as Oracle, DB2, Informatica, and SSIS, along with the challenges involved in enterprise migration. We have demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workload enterprise data modernization and migration programs through to production. We have strong communication, presentation, and executive advisory skills, with the ability to turn technical complexity into clear business value narratives. Responsibilities: We own the full presales lifecycle, including solution design, technical scoping, and effort estimation for opportunities. We facilitate stakeholder discovery workshops and short-term assessment engagements to create legacy migration roadmaps and enterprise data strategies. We design scalable, cloud-native Data & AI architectures using Databricks, Snowflake, and medallion architecture patterns aligned to business outcomes. We collaborate across sales, delivery, and technical expert teams to ensure proposed solutions fit client objectives and generate measurable value.
