Data Analytics Specialist

📋 Description Design and build data products for internal and external customers Develop and deploy AI agents and MCP-powered tooling for self-service data Own and contribute to key OKRs through data-led initiatives with Product Leadership Improve data quality, documentation, and governance for AI-ready data Lead exploratory analyses; synthesize data into actionable recommendations Build and maintain BI infra in Looker and Amplitude; dashboards 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years in product analytics; own core product metrics end-to-end Strong proficiency in SQL Experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) Experience with Python and/or R for analysis in production Familiarity with AI workflows, LLM tooling, or agentic data products Strong communication; translate analysis into clear recommendations 🎁 Benefits Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks Experience contributing to data governance initiatives
