Case Management & Data Analytics Executive Adecco is partnering an esteemed public sector agency to seek a proactive and analytical professional to join our team in supporting engagement and service excellence initiatives. In this role, you will manage appeals and enquiries, collaborate with public agencies, and contribute to projects involving CRM systems, AI technologies, and data analytics. Job Scope Handle enquiries and assess appeals, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case. Liaise with public agencies to gather information, coordinate responses, and address citizens' needs. Manage complex cases involving detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects to improve service delivery. Contribute to projects involving CRM systems and AI, including data analysis and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation. Conduct data analytics on public service and quality management enquiries. Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and present insights to stakeholders. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Relevant experience in case management, customer service, public sector administration, or citizen engagement. Exposure to process improvement or system enhancement initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic Python programming skills. Familiarity with regular expressions (Regex) for text cleaning, pattern matching, or data extraction will be a strength.
