Data Analytics Engineer

📋 Description Define, implement, QA Segment tracking plans across web, mobile, and backend. Own Segment event pipelines; monitor schema drift and violations. Develop Segment mappings and transformations for Braze, Amplitude, Snowflake. Enable activation of marketing audiences via reliable and timely data delivery. Collaborate with Data Platform Engineers to scale Airflow workflows and test data quality. Conduct audits, validation tests, and regression checks for data completeness. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years as Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer focused on event-based data. CDPs familiarity (ideally Segment): tracking plans, protocols, connections. Strong SQL, dbt, and Snowflake skills. Experience designing event schemas and instrumentation across web, mobile, backend. Knowledge of marketing concepts: identity resolution, traits, attribution, event workflows. Passion for data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance.
