Job Title: Data Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP) Location: Remote Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract Salary: R35000 - R60 000 pm. Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Start Date: Immediate Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team on a remote, outsourced basis for a key client engagement. This role requires a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a solid understanding of data analytics to support business operations and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be involved from day one, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insight generation. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support operational and strategic business decisions Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present key findings in a clear and impactful manner Optimize ERP data structures for improved performance and reporting accuracy Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data governance policies and best practices Support data migration, cleansing, and validation processes during system changes or integrations Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the ERP environment Ensure full compliance with data security and privacy regulations Requirements Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within an ERP environment using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience with data management processes, including cleansing, migration, and validation Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a fully remote setup How to Apply If you're ready to bring your data expertise to a dynamic, enterprise-level environment and make an immediate impact, we'd love to hear from you.
