📋 Description Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple Partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas. Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred) Strong business acumen & KPIs knowledge for Pre & Post Sales functions such as Support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards
