Data Analyst (EDA) | Hybrid

Data Collection & Preparation Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before analysis. Support the maintenance of databases and data systems. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand datasets and identify trends, patterns, relationships, and anomalies. Use statistical techniques to analyze data and uncover meaningful insights. Perform data profiling, data cleaning, and validation to improve data quality. Translate analysis results into actionable insights that support business decisions. Reporting & Visualization Create reports, dashboards, charts, and other data visualizations. Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format. Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate and delivered on time. Collaboration Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand their data and reporting needs. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support teams in making data-driven business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related role. Strong experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) , including identifying trends, patterns, correlations, anomalies, and data quality issues. Experience in data cleaning, data profiling, statistical analysis, and interpreting large datasets. Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Superset . Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and EDA is preferred . Familiarity with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is an advantage. Experience in e-commerce, marketing, finance, or similar industries is a plus.
