You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, analytics teams, and engineering teams to design scalable and compliant enterprise data structures supporting healthcare and life sciences initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform data profiling, validation, and quality analysis Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models Build scalable Star/Snowflake schemas Translate business requirements into source-to-target mappings Collaborate with ETL/ELT and Data Engineering teams Maintain metadata, lineage, and data governance documentation Support MDM and compliance initiatives Optimize analytical database performance Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and GxP standards Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery processes Required Skills Strong experience as Data Analyst and/or Data Modeler Relational and dimensional data modeling expertise ERwin / ER-Studio / PowerDesigner or similar Advanced SQL and query optimization Data Warehousing / Data Lake / Lakehouse concepts SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Snowflake / Oracle / Redshift Data governance and metadata management Agile/Scrum experience Git/version control familiarity Nice to Have DBT / Informatica / Talend / Azure Data Factory / AWS Glue AWS / Azure / GCP exposure Python / PySpark Databricks / Spark / Kafka Power BI / Tableau / QuickSight Data Vault 2.0 Pharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences experience Ideal Candidate A true Data Analyst / Data Modeler with strong business-facing capabilities and experience translating complex business requirements into scalable enterprise data structures.
