Data Analyst

📋 Description Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing to shape roadmaps via data-driven opportunities. Independently lead analytic efforts from sizing to experimental design using structured and unstructured data. Serve as a strategic thought partner in product planning, aligning analytics with company strategy and market trends. Create or improve key datasets and tooling (dbt, Hex, Mixpanel) for future insights. Frame and evaluate experiments to isolate causal effects and interpret data. Mentor peers in analysis design, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in analytics, data science, or adjacent roles in tech/ecommerce. Experience working on engagement loops or retention strategy. Deep fluency in SQL and comfort with Python or R for analysis. Ability to own ambiguous problems from framing to recommendations. A systems-thinking mindset — map how product and business components interact. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and product behavior analysis. Strong communication skills to simplify analyses, defend methods, and inspire action. Collaborative mindset and emotional intelligence for stakeholder partnership.
