Data Analyst

Your impact: Primarily work with Marketing team and help to make correct data-informed decisions; Automate the management and monitoring of marketing platforms (e.g., campaign status tracking, performance monitoring, budget control, anomaly detection); Build scripts and tools to interact with ad platform APIs, streamline routine tasks; Create AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs; Develop and support dashboards and reports that provide transparency into campaign performance and business KPIs; Contribute to our internal BetterBI system, consolidating marketing, financial, and product data. Help design a scalable and maintainable analytics infrastructure and improve internal data workflows. About you: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product-oriented company; Analytical mindset; ability to structure information and dive deeper when it is needed; Full proficiency in SQL and Excel; Hands-on experience with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau); Confident Python skills for data manipulation and scripting; Strong English written/verbal communication skills. Practical experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, or other LLM APIs, with a good grasp of prompt engineering to solve business tasks Will be a plus: Experience working with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.); Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks; Experience working with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) via APIs.
