Data Analyst & IT Consultant

Salary: $113,000 - 188,000 per year Requirements: We require an active and maintained Top Secret federal or DoD security clearance. We require a bachelors degree, or four years of additional professional experience in place of a degree. We require at least three years of experience managing enterprise-level software development, implementation, and deployment in a government or corporate environment. We require on-site work five days per week in Washington, DC. Preferred qualifications include five or more years of enterprise-level software development, implementation, and deployment experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft development tools such as SharePoint, SQL, or other database development; certifications are a plus. Preferred qualifications include CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification. Responsibilities: We meet with facilities management stakeholders to gather IT requirements for internal tools and communication sites. We work with clients regularly to ensure objectives are met and to anticipate and respond to their needs. We develop and help deploy IT and AI tools for client use, including SharePoint, Tririga, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Access, Python, and CoPilot. We conduct routine tool reviews and recommend, build, and implement enhancements, fixes, and updates as needed. We collaborate closely with the Assistant Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Manager on projects and the management of facilities IT tools and sites. We prepare reports to monitor project status and support management decision-making. We run standard management reports and assist with ad hoc reporting. We help design reports using a variety of software tools. We prepare and distribute critical date reports and maintain a tickler system for tracking key dates and tasks. We perform additional duties as assigned.
