Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions to shape product direction. Proactively surface improvements and champion innovative solutions. Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps across the lifecycle. Use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and quality. 🎯 Requirements Passionate and results-driven; able to prioritize and decide quickly. Proficient in English and French for professional contexts. Backend experience with Elixir, .NET, or Python; open to stacks. Hands-on DevOps: AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions. Strong security, observability, and maintainability focus. AI fundamentals; comfortable with AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude). Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative. Solid software dev and architecture fundamentals.
