Requirements:
What we are looking for: Fluent Czech At least 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk Upper-intermediate English language skills Great communication and customer-oriented attitude Interest in IT, technology and digital tools Motivation to work in an international environment

Daily tasks: - Support international customers via phone, email and chat
– Provide clear and helpful guidance on IT-related issues
– Log and manage tickets accurately throughout their full lifecycle
– Prioritize tasks efficiently and follow service processes
– Escalate complex issues to Level 2 and Level 3 teams when needed
– Actively contribute to service quality and improvement
