Cybersecurity Project Manager
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to support Cybersecurity Services in Warsaw.
The role focuses on managing cybersecurity projects throughout their complete lifecycle and scope. You will be responsible for project controls, quality assurance, issue tracking, stakeholder cooperation, team coordination, communication, and project documentation.
Responsibilities
– Manage cybersecurity projects throughout their complete lifecycle and scope.
– Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
– Assure and control the quality of project deliverables.
– Identify, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
– Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders.
– Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, and balance team priorities and workload.
– Motivate and coordinate project team members.
– Manage communication within the project and with the external environment.
– Produce project management documentation, including plans, logs, and schedules.
– Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
– Organize and conduct project meetings.

Requirements
– Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT.
– Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position.
– Master’s degree.
– Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and controls, including defense-in-depth, Zero Trust architectures, threat vectors, and risk management.
– In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, compliance, and legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity.
– Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
– Advanced project management skills, including risk management, quality management, and vendor and procurement management.
– Broad architectural background with full-lifecycle experience in delivering IT Security solutions.
– Hands-on experience with PM2, PMP, PRINCE, and ServiceNow.
– Knowledge and experience in managing cybersecurity projects for EU classified environments.
– Experience supporting the management of resources, budgets, and priorities for cybersecurity investment portfolios.
– Strong team management capabilities.
– Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– English at minimum B2 level.
Required certifications
At least four certifications, or internationally recognized equivalents, are mandatory.
At least two certifications from the Cybersecurity domain:
– CISSP.
– CISA.
– CISM.
– ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate.
And at least two certifications from the Project and IT Service Management domain:
– PM2 Advanced.
– PRINCE2 Practitioner.
– PMP.
– ITIL Foundation.
