Customer Success Engineer (Internship)

📋 Description Answer incoming customer requests through our support channel, and be the person they hear back Own incidents end to end: investigate, resolve, and confirm with the customer that it is actually Work out why a workflow, document or posting did not behave as expected. Adjust configuration where that is the right fix. Recognise when a problem is bigger than one case, and hand it on with proper evidence. Join customer calls to work through urgent issues directly, as your experience grows. 🎯 Requirements Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in business, economics, information German and English, both fluent. This is a hard requirement. Our customers work in German every day Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data. Genuine interest in enterprise software, AI, and how large organisations actually run.
