📋 Description Design and ship AI agents for CS workflows and user experiences. Build onboarding flows, self-service support, and proactive tools. Own technical decisions: LLMs, orchestration, and integrations. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and CS leadership to scale AI. Define success metrics and track adoption and outcomes. Balance business impact with lean, reliable delivery. 🎯 Requirements 5–8+ years software engineering with production systems. Own outcomes, not just outputs; ship when usable. Proficient in Python (preferred) and AI tooling. Hands-on with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI). APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines; production-grade integration.
