Customer Service Representative is responsible for creation customer centric team culture that supports corporate strategy and focuses on providing the highest quality of customer service Develop a strategic customer mission and training program Evaluate customer service in company environment, and set company performance standards Manage calls: process missed, lead/customers call and process tickets Assist users and answer questions Support applications: Stay up-to-date with application updates Navigate the team through new features in the app Reproduce bugs Test new features before deploy Create documentation Customer Service Representative must have natural diplomatic skills, tact, and patience to deal with all kinds of situations or customers.
