As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service. Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and team spirit Perform additional tasks as assigned by management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
