About the role C9 is looking for a Customer-Facing RPA Expert / Consultant who's passionate about helping clients streamline operations and drive digital transformation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). You'll partner directly with customers to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Key responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using leading tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere Build reusable automation components, workflows, and integrations Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client teams Advise on automation strategy, governance, and best practices Collaborate with C9's technical and delivery teams to ensure quality and customer success Document and analyze business processes to ensure accurate automation execution and standards
