Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications within the Banking or Financial Services domain and possess a strong understanding of scalable application development and modern software engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Build responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support activities. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes and best practices. Required Skills 8–10 years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience in: Java 8+/11/17 Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs React.js JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.). Good understanding of design patterns and distributed systems. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Banking / Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory). Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
