Credit Risk Analyst

📋 Description Underwrite institutional and on-chain credits; build PD/LGD models for RWA assets. Run due-diligence for new credits and issuers: solvency, data, redlines. Set guardrails for each product: floors, terms, collateral, and buffers. Partner with Capital Markets on structuring: term sheets, covenants, schedules. Monitor portfolio: covenant compliance, delinquencies, NAV integrity. Stress the book: test scenarios and tail risk protections. 🎯 Requirements 3–6 years in credit risk, structured finance, or asset-backed lending. Direct underwriting: PD/LGD modeling, loss-vintage analysis, stress testing. Hands-on with direct lending, securitization, or asset-backed facilities. SPV formation, security perfection, covenants, and waterfall mechanics. Portfolio-monitoring: delinquency tracking, covenant compliance, early-warning. Excellent written and verbal communication; translate analyses for non-credit stakeholders. Experience building risk models in Python or R.
