Creative Engineer

📋 Description Design and own creative output for Lumen Dynamics's high-visibility moments. Build and run a pipeline for production-ready AI ads with editorial QA. Manage and elevate a distributed design team; hire as the team grows. Own Lumen Dynamics's brand identity and visual systems across marketing, social, events, and sales. Develop creative strategies for Lumen Dynamics's broad audience while keeping the brand cohesive. Build frameworks for regional teams to produce on-brand work across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, APAC. 🎯 Requirements Performance or direct-response background with proven high-volume ad production. Hands-on with AI tools: LLMs for copy, image, video, voiceover, and asset assembly. Prompt engineering, API integrations, and light scripting (n8n, Make) to wire pipelines. Strong analytical skills to read creative and account performance. Experience with static and video formats; decide when rough static outperforms video.
