Creative Designer

📋 Description Design digital assets for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and evergreen Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Global Product Management Develop layouts and assets for website pages, emails, PDPs, social and digital ads, and in-app Use Figma to create and manage digital design components, ensuring a cohesive brand experience Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are optimized for performance and usability across Assist in the testing and iteration of creative based on performance data and user feedback 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a consumer brand environment Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital work, including responsive web, email, social, and Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required Experience designing for e-commerce and/or performance marketing is strongly preferred Ability to interpret briefs, take direction, and provide multiple creative solutions Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills 🎁 Benefits Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) match Generous PTO Tuition reimbursement Yearly lifestyle stipend Exclusive employee discounts
