Responsibilities ● Designing Creatio-based CRM solution architectures. ● Defining integration, security and quality standards. ● Building technology roadmaps and high-level concepts. ● Advising clients on CRM strategy and process architecture. ● Leading and mentoring Creatio developers and consultants. ● Designing and supervising system integrations (API, ESB, iPaaS). ● Supporting sales with architectural concepts. ● Driving technical excellence in the team. Requirements ● 5+ years in CRM, 3+ years in Creatio. ● Experience in enterprise-level projects (full delivery cycles). ● Strong knowledge of Creatio BPM, configuration and integration. ● Experience with databases and cloud architecture. ● Creatio Architect certification. ● English B2/C1.
