Job description
Introduction & Summary: The role of the Copilot Adoption Strategist involves driving the successful adoption of Copilot technologies within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of community management, user training, and operational support to enhance user engagement and utilization of Copilot features.
Main Responsibilities:
– Build, manage, and animate user communities around Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365.
– Foster engagement through communication, events, and knowledge sharing.
– Act as an ambassador for Copilot within the organization.
– Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for various user profiles.
– Provide functional support and resolve user-related issues.
– Test new functionalities and produce reports on feature adoption.
– Help design and maintain a centralized prompt library.
– Support the management of Copilot licenses to ensure effective usage.
Key Requirements:
– Strong background in user community management.
– Experience in designing and delivering training materials.
– Ability to provide functional support to users.
– Knowledge of Copilot features and their application.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical skills to assess user engagement and adoption.
Nice to Have:
– Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
– Experience in creating learning paths for users.
– Background in project management or operations.
