We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help us visually communicate that vision.
If you have a sharp design eye, a love for clean systems, and a passion for storytelling through visuals — this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Evolving and maintaining Contra’s brand identity across digital platforms
– Designing campaign visuals, social content, landing pages, and decks
– Creating branded assets and design systems that scale across teams
– Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Community teams
– Turning complex ideas into beautiful, easy-to-understand visuals
– Contributing to a visual style that feels fresh, modern, and distinctly Contra
You Should Have:
– A portfolio that shows strong brand work and creative range
– Mastery of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
– Experience building brand systems and scalable templates
– Excellent attention to detail and consistency
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– An independent work style and ability to meet deadlines
Bonus If You:
– Have motion design or animation chops
– Understand product design or UI/UX
– Have startup or marketplace experience
– Have a passion for empowering freelancers and independents
