📋 Description Support projects and ongoing operations involving Order to Cash (OTC) and TAX processes within Provide functional support for modules and business processes related to billing, accounts Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents, problems, and enhancement requests, identifying Perform functional configurations and parameterizations, as well as testing and validation Gather and analyze requirements together with business teams, translating operational needs into Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during the development and 🎯 Requirements Proven functional experience with Order to Cash (OTC) and/or TAX processes, with a solid Knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, taxation, and processes connected to the OTC cycle.
