Configuration Consultant - RTSM

📋 Description Work closely with cross-functional team members and customers to understand RTSM requirements Configure the RTSM based on customer requirements Lead design review meetings with customers Provide RTSM expertise and guidance in the RTSM design Manage and configure data integration solutions Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of issues associated with designing complex systems and 🎯 Requirements 2+ year degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of customer service or other client relationship experience Proficiency in business software including MS Office and Text Editing software Excellent attention to detail 1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience 1+ years in the Life Sciences industry 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance Flexible PTO and company paid holidays Retirement programs 1% charitable giving program
