Competence Manager - Finance

📋 Description Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, application experts and SAP application Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development. Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, goal setting, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Identify and develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. Build and strengthen workforce capabilities across the Finance Area, covering in-house built 🎯 Requirements Experience from software engineering, application expertise, SAP application expertise or a related Experience from people leadership, coaching, mentoring or formal staff responsibility. SAP Finance competence, preferably including SAP S/4HANA, is highly preferred but not required. Strong people skills, with the ability to build trust, develop individuals and create an inclusive Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and succession planning.
