Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead

Salary: $160,000 - 210,000 per year Requirements: Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical or scientific discipline. Proven ability to manage and lead cloud-focused project teams in complex IT environments. Experience managing multiple large-scale cloud or IT infrastructure projects. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including client-facing experience. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts in federal environments, including the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, or military organizations. Experience with the same or a similar contract and knowledge of the customer environment, requirements, and operations is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance; the specified clearance requirement is Secret - IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or a Tier 3 (T3) investigation. A bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience managing application development projects, is preferred. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day work for a multidisciplinary team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers. Manage implementation, administration, and support of customer projects in AWS and Azure cloud environments under the C2E initiative. Act as the primary liaison between the Services Management Division and C2E customers on operational matters. Review and approve service-level agreements, addendums, and cost estimates for cloud-based customer projects. Build strong customer relationships and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support customer satisfaction. Provide technical and professional guidance aligned with team members roles and expertise. Coordinate across teams to deliver multiple large-scale projects on time and successfully. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
