Commercial Retrofit Technician

📋 Description Remove and replace commercial HVAC equipment (furnaces, ACs, chillers, rooftop units) Install VAV and VRF systems with advanced building controls Run low-voltage control wiring and rough-in work Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation Follow all applicable codes and regulations Communicate with customers on-site to explain work being performed 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces Solid troubleshooting instincts when installation challenges arise EPA Universal certification OSHA 10 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage PTO and paid holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities
