📋 Description Lead onboarding and implementation for commercial and mid-market customers Configure and optimize Solstice Analytics within development workflows and CI/CD Deliver trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, and enablement programs Conduct configuration and integration reviews to maximize platform value Troubleshoot customer issues; partner with Support, Product, and Engineering Build relationships with developers, engineering managers, and platform teams 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Eng, TAM, etc.) Experience onboarding or supporting SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure products Strong knowledge of software development workflows and modern tooling Comfortable troubleshooting APIs, integrations, Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud systems Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
