College to Corporate IT Internship

Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We are pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a related technical or engineering field. We have a strong interest in networks, platform engineering, and operations. We prefer a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. We demonstrate leadership skills or leadership ambitions. We have strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. We can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities: We build and support effective operations and systems that help us perform at our best internally and externally and do what is right for investors. We help achieve client outcomes and give our investors the best chance at investment success. We gain practical experience in network engineering, infrastructure, and automation while applying Agile and Lean methods. We share ideas and contribute results both individually and in collaborative, supportive settings. We build relationships with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers. We meet regularly with our department manager and internship program manager for personalized coaching and mentorship. This is a College to Corporate Internship Program that offers an immersive, hands-on experience at one of the worlds leading investment firms. We provide extensive training, real-world exposure, practical opportunities, and mentorship to broaden technical expertise. The internship includes exposure to the software life cycle and meaningful assignments that positively affect our clients. This is a full-time, paid summer internship with a start date of May/June 2027. We use a hybrid working model for most of our crew members, designed to balance flexibility with in-person learning, collaboration, and connection.
