College to Corporate IT Internship – Application Development

Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We require candidates to be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. We look for a strong interest in application development, including web, mobile, or backend systems. Candidates should be familiar with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. We value strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Candidates should show curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. We value leadership skills or an interest in developing as a leader. Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively. A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Responsibilities: Design, build, and improve applications for our internal systems and client-facing platforms. Contribute to the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Use modern technologies and tools within an Agile/LEAN team environment. Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver solutions. Share ideas, solve problems, and advance outcomes independently and as part of a team.
