Strategie & Visie: De overkoepelende bedrijfsdoelen vertalen naar een concrete platform-roadmap en heldere prioriteiten. Governance & Kwaliteit: Stroomlijnen van richtlijnen rondom Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, Azure platform engineering, observability en release management. Stakeholder Management: De schakel vormen tussen de CTO, Product Leads, Architecten en de uitvoerende teams. Procesoptimalisatie: Continu verbeteren van automatisering, betrouwbaarheid en schaalbaarheid binnen de gehele keten. Jouw profiel Ervaring: Aantoonbare staat van dienst in het aansturen van technische teams binnen DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering of Software Architecture. Domeinkennis: Grondige, up-to-date expertise op het gebied van Microsoft Azure, CI/CD-pipelines, IaC, automatisering en monitoring. Vaardigheden: Een pragmatische leiderschapsstijl, organisatorisch ijzersterk en het talent om rust en structuur te brengen in complexe omgevingen.
