Proven experience in Citrix engineering or administration roles. Experience with Citrix automation tools, scripting languages, and version control systems Advanced technical skills in Citrix administration, virtualization, networking, and ·scripting. Design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and related infrastructure. Deploy and configure Citrix servers, applications, and policies to meet performance and security requirements. Monitor Citrix system performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures for optimization and high availability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments, user access, and ·application delivery. Automate Citrix provisioning and configuration using scripting and management tools. Implement security controls and compliance measures within Citrix environments. Conduct regular assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation of security risks. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other infrastructure components. Optimize resource usage and costs within Citrix and supporting environments. Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for Citrix management. Key Responsabilities: The Citrix Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix environments that support the organization's virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of Citrix solutions, collaborates with IT teams to optimize user experience, and supports business continuity through robust system management.
