📋 Description Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers (air- and water-cooled). Troubleshoot and program DDC/BAS building controls systems. Commission and startup chiller and controls systems for peak efficiency. Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls issues. Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, towers, pumps, boilers, and related equipment. Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics. 🎯 Requirements EPA 608 Universal Certification. 5+ years of commercial HVAC with heavy chiller exposure. Demonstrated experience with BAS/DDC controls platforms. Strong electrical troubleshooting across LV/HV systems. Comfortable working independently with limited oversight.
