📋 Description Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers (air/water cooled; centrifugal, screw, scroll) Troubleshoot and program DDC/BAS building controls systems Commission and startup chiller and controls for peak efficiency Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls issues Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics; document work 🎯 Requirements EPA 608 Universal Certification. 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with heavy chiller exposure. Demonstrated experience with BAS/DDC controls platforms. Strong electrical troubleshooting across low and high voltage systems. Valid driver's license in good standing.
