Someone who thinks strategically but also understands modern technologies and isn’t afraid to dive into technical details. A CTO who can act as a partner to both the business and engineering teams, align technology with company goals, and drive our product and team forward. Key responsibilities: Define and execute an overall technology roadmap, focusing on innovation and growth Lead research, development and integration of AI technologies across our product portfolio Manage, lead, and mentor a high-performing development team Architect and oversee our cloud infrastructure supporting a secure, reliable and scalable platform Work closely with product management to define a product roadmap and ensure timely, continuous delivery Champion a world-class quality mindset and flawless execution Align technology strategy and operations with commercial targets Develop internal tools and infrastructure to support day-to-day operations and growth Required experience: Strong understanding of web-based applications and technologies Architectural background with cloud-native applications (AWS preferred) Deep expertise and hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled products or features Hands-on experience developing and supporting B2B SaaS products Proven track record managing hybrid/remote teams Why join us?
